iirc, nicos nextbots has been the only roblox game whos original ost made me pause to just appreciate how good it is. their work has influenced mine in several ways, mostly with music, but also game design.
Being on the internet ive heard ems stuff before, singular songs people use in their videos, or games. It must have been a decent few years ago (but post 2020) that I stumbled on kitsune^2, and did a bit of digging. only after my second dive, a few days ago, do I comprehend just how much music has been made. I also love the idea of having different characters for dif genres.
Wow, 2023 was when 'Music For Animal Cafes' released, and I stumbled on it. nobonoko mostly uses beepbox.co (or forks of it) for making music. despite the limiting software, their arangements r rly fun :>

when I first found Pale Machine 2, the prelude scared me in a way, so I stopped listening. I am SO glad I made myself pick it back up a day later to finish the album. Every single song felt like it was perfectly itself, or what vibe it was going for.
of course, with any new artist I enjoy, I gotta dig around for who they are, what theyve done etc. quickly figured out he made the pikuniku ost, some songs on omori (havent finished xP), a bunch of smaller games, discords 2023 haloween ringtone, and prolly other stuff i forgot.
an odd choice im aware, but the music itself is really good. in another life id probably be a brony, but paws are cuter than hoofs imo :>
